A minimum of four (4) scholarships will be awarded annually. The scholarship dollar amount may vary from year to year, at the discretion of the Executive Committee, but the amount shall be the same for all recipients within that fiscal year.

Applications must be received by August 30th of each year. Awards will be granted at the September meeting of the Full Board. Late applications may be considered if the minimum four awards have not been made for that application cycle.
