The North Country Health Consortium is now accepting proposals for its 2025 Public Health Conference & Annual Meeting, to be held on November 20 at the Mountain View Grand in Whitefield, NH.

This year’s theme, “Rooted in Resilience: Solutions for a Healthier Tomorrow,” invites presenters to share real-world approaches that are building healthier communities across New Hampshire.

This is a valuable opportunity to showcase your work and highlight the essential role nurse practitioners play in advancing public health. If you’re leading a pilot program, building cross-sector partnerships, or tackling specific health challenges, your insight and expertise belong on this stage.
