Our Training Series is appropriate for Physicians, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Social Workers, Hospitalists, Case Managers, Estate and Health Care Lawyers, Chaplains, EOL Doulas and other professionals. It will include a review of the statutory requirements for Advance Directives, technical and practical components, and strategies to engage in meaningful conversations. A $99.00 registration fee covers the CE credits, administrative costs and training session materials.
