The New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner Association invites you to participate as an exhibitor at our upcoming annual conference that will be held at the Mount Washington Resort on April 2-4, 2024. 

With over 25 years of experience, the NHNPA continues to bring together leaders from around the country and APRNs from the northeast for high-quality education. Our destination location paired with our diverse agenda featuring healthcare leaders from across the region is already generating significant interest! We anticipate increased attendance from APRNs including nurse practitioners who focus in: primary care, geriatrics, pediatrics, acute care, psychiatric care, women's health as well as CRNAs, midwives and many others. 

The purpose of the exhibit spaces are to educate conference participants through the display and demonstration of products and services. Exhibitors will have unopposed access to over 300 conference participants. This time can be used to interact with prescribers, discuss decision making, and promote products and services to a core audience. Exhibits should appeal to the professional interests of APRNs, focusing on products and services that are used in patient care and education or to operate a professional healthcare practice.

Exhibitors must be set up by 2 PM on Thursday, April 2nd, and may begin breaking down AFTER the morning break with exhibitors on Friday, April 4th. Exhibitors will be welcome to enjoy food and beverages that are served during designated breaks. Full meals including breakfast and lunch will not be provided. Exhibitors staying at the hotel should also plan to participate in the opening desert reception on Wednesday and the cocktail reception on Thursday evening.
