Join Project ECHO: Aging, Community, and Equity to learn about the impact of the pandemic on the mental and physical well-being of older adults living in rural communities and share potential solutions. There is no cost to participate. See the flyer attached with additional information.
Intended audience: Medical, mental health, and community social service individuals working to support older adults in rural settings of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Northern New York
Time: 2nd Wednesday of every month 12:00pm-1:30pm EST (February 2022-September 2022)
