Call for Posters
The Northern New England Nurse Practitioner Conference planning committee invites proposals for participation in the poster sessions. Selected posters will be showcased throughout the conference, with dedicated sessions to foster engaging dialogue between attendees and poster authors.
Proposal Guidelines:
Relevance: Proposals must address topics pertinent to nurse practitioner practice, such as research, clinical practice, professional and ethical issues, or education/professional development.
Non-Commercial: Proposals must be non-commercial in nature.
Word Limit: Proposal descriptions must be less than 400 words.
Submission Requirements: The online application must be completed in full, including the author’s resume.
Research Proposals: Must include a title, author(s) and credentials, purpose, methodology, results, and implications for nurse practitioner practice.
Multiple Submissions: Authors may submit more than one proposal for review.
Requirements for Accepted Posters:
At least one author or designee must register for at least one day of the conference and be present during a designated poster session (either Thursday afternoon or Friday morning).
Posters should be printed on foam core board with dimensions of 36” x 48” and mounted on easels.

Deadline: The proposal submission deadline is March 15, 2025.
Application: Complete your proposal through the online application available at www.nhnpa.org
Required Information: Contact details, credentials, poster title, learning objectives, and a proposal description (400 words or less).
Review Process:
Proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Acceptance notifications will be sent via email.
